Terms of Use
Below are the general terms of use for the online services of the wikiflow.io platform, the specific conditions of use for coaches/support staff, and the specific conditions of use for entrepreneurs. All the elements below apply to the website www.wikiflow.io and its related services.
General Terms of Use for Online Services
These terms are effective as of September 1, 2018.
1. Conditions of Use and Disclaimer
Any user accessing the services offered by wikiflow.io agrees to fully comply with these terms of use.
Wikiflow reserves the right to modify these general terms of use at any time. Therefore, users are required to refer to the online version available on the date of their consultation, which will automatically be the most recent version.
2. Access and Registration to the Services
2.1 Place of Service
The services are provided exclusively remotely. The user freely chooses the location where they access the services (home, office, etc.).
2.2 Use of the Services
To access the various contents and services, the user must register by following the procedure described.
Each user will receive a personal login and password, which allow access to the contents and services.
2.3 Availability
With their personal login and password, users may access the services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Wikiflow may temporarily interrupt the service, or part of the service, for maintenance reasons. The user accepts this temporary inability to access the services and cannot claim any compensation of any kind.
2.4 Required Equipment
The user acknowledges having a minimum technical configuration sufficient to access commonly used websites and applications.
Wikiflow cannot be held responsible for difficulties in accessing the services if the user does not meet the minimum required configuration.
2.5 Registration
When registering online, the user agrees to provide true, accurate, up-to-date, and complete information about themselves as requested in the registration form.
In particular, the user agrees not to create a false identity. They also agree to update without delay the information provided during registration.
Access and usage rights to the services are non-transferable.
The user is identified by a username and password, which are fully their responsibility. The user must keep these credentials confidential and must not disclose them.
2.6 Use of Cookies
For the proper functioning of the services, Wikiflow reserves the right to place cookies on the user’s computer.
Cookies are small data files that most websites store on your hard drive in order to recognize you when you return and to better match the site to visitors’ preferences.
Wikiflow.io uses cookies to identify you easily when you visit the platform.
The information collected via cookies is strictly for internal use and is never shared with third parties.

3. Confidentiality and Privacy Protection
Your support center commits to handling your personal data confidentially, in accordance with national and international laws, particularly the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
No personal information about a user (address, email, phone number, demographic data, identification data, etc.) will be processed without the user’s authorization.
Unless otherwise specified below, all users agree to keep confidential and not disclose any data regarding projects or individuals they may access through this platform, except for information and reports necessary for their mission and required for platform use.
Data Related to Self-Employment or Business Creation Projects
Information about self-employment or business creation projects (ideas, business plans, business models, etc.) submitted by visitors is considered confidential.
It is visible only to authorized incubators and support staff.
Personal Data
Wikiflow’s policy regarding the management of private and/or professional data on its platforms is outlined below.
3.1 What Data?
To monitor support for entrepreneurs, your support center requires the following contact data:

To inform professionals about current and future tools and techniques, your support center also requires the same contact data.
3.2 Who Manages the Data and How?
The data is managed directly by the team of your support center, which is responsible for it.
WIKIFLOW SRL, the platform provider, protects this data according to professional standards for this type of data.
IT providers we work with (such as hosting provider OVH or email service Mailchimp) may technically have indirect access to the data but cannot use it under any circumstances.
Data is stored as long as entrepreneurs or professionals remain members of your support center and is deleted upon unsubscription via the platform.
WIKIFLOW commits to handling personal data confidentially in compliance with applicable national and international laws, including the European GDPR. WIKIFLOW does not collect any personal data that has not been voluntarily provided.
3.3 Members’ Rights
Members have the right, via their account, to:

give or withdraw consent for data processing at any time

access, correct, or delete their personal data

report any misuse of their contact information to the support center

receive their stored data in a readable format
3.4 Consent
The explanation of your support center’s personal data policy and the collection of member consent is provided prior to any registration, in line with the philosophy of the European GDPR.
4. Content of the Services
The services provided by your support center are described on the public pages of www.wikiflow.io and its related platforms.
5. Limitation of Liability
WIKIFLOW SRL guarantees that the services provided meet technical requirements and maximum security standards.
However, WIKIFLOW SRL shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of business, loss of data, or other damages resulting from a malfunction of the platform. No warranty is granted by WIKIFLOW SRL to the user of the services.
In general, WIKIFLOW SRL cannot be held responsible for:

or any other prejudice
particularly damages resulting from loss of use or data, delays in using the site, or inability to use it.
In any case, the liability of WIKIFLOW SRL, on any basis and for any reason, shall never exceed the total amount invoiced to the client.
WIKIFLOW SRL is not responsible for any viruses that may be present on the wikiflow.io website, despite control measures taken. WIKIFLOW SRL is also not responsible for the content or use of linked websites or downloadable documents on subdomains of wikiflow.io.
6. Disputes
These terms are governed, interpreted, and enforced according to Belgian law.
In case of a dispute arising from these terms, Belgian law applies exclusively, and the courts of Brussels have exclusive jurisdiction.
7. Copyright
No information on this site may be published, modified, or distributed in any form without prior written authorization from the author or rights holders.
The user acknowledges that all information and data on the site remain the property of the support center and agrees not to modify it.
Any reproduction, even partial, by photocopy, photography, microfilm, magnetic tape, disk, or any electronic means, is prohibited without prior written authorization.
All illustrations and materials on the site are the property of the support center and may only be used for online consultation. Printing pages from wikiflow.io is allowed for personal use only.

8. Connection to Your Google Calendar
Our application allows you to connect your calendar using your Google account.
This feature is managed by Google. By using it, you authorize Wikiflow to access, store, and use certain informationfrom your Google account, including:

This information is used only to synchronize your Wikiflow calendar with your personal calendar.
We comply with Google’s user data policies. Wikiflow will never sell your data or share it with third parties, except as required by law.
You may revoke access of our application to your Google account at any time via your Google account settings.
