The Need

Before using Wikiflow, Hub faced the challenge of effectively managing the various entities they supported — including “gels”, incubators, and retail businesses.

Because each type of structure had different needs and processes, Hub needed a flexible solution and a clear overview to optimize its support and impact.

The Solution

With Wikiflow, Hub developed several custom platforms:

• Three main platforms — one for each type of structure (gel, incubator, retail).
• Additionally, five platforms for the “gels” and four for the incubators, to meet the specific needs of each entity. 

Hub uses Wikiflow to centralize its statistics, manage incubator premises, manage profiles, and track entrepreneurs’ projects. The platform provides key indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of Hub’s support and to adjust their strategies accordingly.
