Les Jeunes Entreprises

Since 2019, Les Jeunes Entreprises have been using Wikiflow as their main tool to manage and optimize their activities — notably their “Mini” program (for secondary school) and “YEP” program (for higher education). This collaboration has allowed LJE to modernize the management of its educational programs and improve participant engagement thanks to innovative digital tools.

The Need

Before adopting Wikiflow, LJE faced several challenges: managing registrations, monitoring program progress, and coordinating administrative and secretarial tasks. It was also crucial to find a way to make young participants responsible, while providing them a practical learning environment that simulates the realities of running a business.

The Solution

In partnership with Wikiflow, LJE integrated a set of features tailored to address these challenges:

• Registration management & program tracking: Wikiflow is used to handle enrollments and track participants in the Mini and YEP programs, including administrative tasks — improving coordination and streamlining program management.
• Interface for accounting and human resources: LJE developed within Wikiflow an interface that allows young participants to enter accounting data for their “Mini‑enterprises” and manage human resources. This tool offers practical immersion into real accounting and HR processes, giving participants hands‑on experience.
• Coaching & follow-up tool: Wikiflow offers a coaching module where young people can write their own reports, thereby encouraging ownership and active involvement in their entrepreneurial process.
• Practical learning tool: Beyond management functionalities, Wikiflow serves as an educational tool, giving participants a realistic overview of administrative tasks and company management processes.
• Access to an online learning path: Participants can access a variety of online educational resources, strengthening their learning and supporting their entrepreneurial development.

The Results

Since implementing Wikiflow, LJE has centralized all its data, creating a single database that makes it easy to generate activity indicators and statistics for the Mini and YEP programs. This centralization allows LJE to adjust its educational strategies based on participant needs and to measure program effectiveness.

In 2024, LJE expanded the use of Wikiflow to include primary‑school programs — a testimony to the platform’s flexibility and scalability.

Thanks to this integration, LJE has not only improved the management and monitoring of its programs, but also provided young people with a practical and engaging learning environment. Through this collaboration, LJE continues to evolve and respond to the needs of young entrepreneurs, effectively preparing them to face real‑world challenges.
