Créa‑Job is a Belgian organization that supports unemployed people or those in a notice period who wish to become self‑employed full‑time. Financed by the public sector, Créa‑Job offers a personalized path (free for most services), aimed at guiding individuals toward entrepreneurial autonomy. The goal is to ensure the viability and sustainability of the businesses created while helping future entrepreneurs make informed decisions.

The Need

Créa‑Job supports a wide variety of entrepreneurial projects, each requiring tailored assessment and support. In 2021, with increasing requirements from Wallonie Entreprendre (WE) — which subsidizes all SAACE entities in Wallonia — Créa‑Job faced a growing administrative burden. WE requires the submission of very detailed deliverables at various stages of each project’s process, which consumed time that could be better devoted to personalized human support.

The Solution

To address these challenges, Créa‑Job adopted Wikiflow in 2021, thereby digitizing its support and activity‑indicator collection. Wikiflow enables Créa‑Job to more effectively and precisely monitor the progress of the projects it supports, while meeting the subsidy requirements from Wallonie Entreprendre

  • Digitalisation of deliverables: Wikiflow digitized all deliverables required by Wallonie Entreprendre, simplifying documentation and reducing data entry workload. This system of data collection allows Créa‑Job to dedicate more time to supporting project holders rather than administrative tasks.
  • API integration (in progress): A custom API is being finalized to enable direct integration between Wikiflow and Wallonie Entreprendre’s platform for deliverable submission. Once implemented, this will allow users to submit required documents directly from Wikiflow with a single click — further simplifying administrative workflows.

The Results

Since implementing Wikiflow, Créa‑Job has significantly improved the management of its internal processes. Data centralization and reduction of administrative tasks have freed up time for more human and personalized accompaniment of project holders.

Wikiflow has enabled Créa‑Job not only to meet the demands of Wallonie Entreprendre, but also to strengthen its capacity to evaluate the impact of its support on entrepreneurs.

The future integration of the API will further facilitate deliverable submissions — reducing administrative burden even more and allowing Créa‑Job to concentrate fully on its main mission: helping individuals successfully transition to entrepreneurship.

Thanks to the digitalization and process optimization enabled by Wikiflow, Créa‑Job continues to deliver quality support to future entrepreneurs, while adapting to the increasing requirements of public subsidies.
