MAD Brussels is committed to promoting the Brussels fashion and design ecosystem while fostering innovative, sustainable and inclusive entrepreneurship. At the heart of this mission are support programmes that offer a unique opportunity for designers to push the boundaries of the sector. To support this initiative, we partnered with MAD Brussels to develop a comprehensive platform for managing designers and companies, as well as to encourage networking and event creation.

The Need

Before implementing our platform, MAD Incubator faced the complexity of managing a large number of designers and companies while offering them personalized support. Coordinating registrations for calls for projects, tracking individual support processes, and facilitating networking among participants were major challenges to overcome.

The Solution

In partnership with MAD Brussels, we developed an intuitive web platform that enables designers and companies to easily register and apply to calls for projects online. Once registered, users get access to a personalized dashboard where they can track their support journey, schedule appointments with their coach, and collaborate with other community members.

To encourage networking, we implemented an intelligent matching system that recommends relevant contacts based on users’ interests and goals. Moreover, our platform allows the creation and management of events — thus facilitating opportunities for in‑person meetings and collaboration among community members. 

The Results

Thanks to our platform, MAD Incubator was able to streamline its management processes, while fostering a collaborative and dynamic environment for the development of innovative projects. Designers benefit from more effective and personalized support, while networking and collaboration opportunities are encouraged and simplified.
